Howard Greenberg

Howard E. Greenberg has been active as a commercial real estate broker since 1985. He served for 13 years as Vice President of a prominent Westchester County brokerage firm. In 1998, he formed Howard Properties, Ltd. to focus on tenant representation and real estate consulting.

Howard has completed a number of major transactions in the tri-state area, including the 71,500 SF data center for Cervalis in Dutchess County, New York. This was the largest office transaction in that county in over five years. He was the co-exclusive tenant representative for Nortel Networks in its 57,000 SF lease renewal in Valhalla, New York and represented Ameritrade in leasing transactions of 30,000 SF in White Plains, New York and 40,500 SF in Purchase, New York.

Howard has also represented major office buildings and office parks as leasing agent, including Tarrytown Corporate Center (1,100,000 SF), Royal Executive Park (540,000 SF), the Gateway Building (538,000 SF) and Sutton Park (100,000 SF).

In 1995, Howard received the Broker of the Year Award from Robert Martin Company (now Mack-Cali Realty Corp.), Westchester's largest owner of commercial property. He has received numerous other awards, including the Creative Deal of the Year Award in 2003. He made a presentation to the White Plains City Council during its deliberations on a new zoning regulation, and has served on panels for the Westchester County Board of Realtors Commercial and Investment Division. He has also moderated a number of panel discussions for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester, as well as BOMA of Southern Connecticut.

Eric Holdorf  joined Howard Properties of White Plains, N.Y. in August 2003 after working for Pyramid Real Estate Group in Stamford, Connecticut, and Wagner Associates in Bedford Hills, N.Y. Eric has recently represented a number of tenants and has quickly earned a reputation of supplying superior service to his clients.

Among his many other clients, Eric was responsible for locating and strategically negotiating significant upgrades for a building that would serve as I.N.C. Printing & Graphic's new headquarters in Tarrytown, N.Y.

Through creativity, persistence and a devotion to exceeding his clients' needs, Eric locates and negotiates commercial real estate on behalf of his clients. He also provides a number of other services.

A resident of Ossining, where he resides with his wife Diane and two children, Felix and Zoe, Eric entered the commercial brokerage field after spending some years in the advertising/publishing business working for Media Logic in Albany and West Publishing based in Minneapolis. A native of Edmeston, N.Y., he earned an MBA from the University of Lincolnshire in London, England and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond in Virginia.
