Howard Greenberg
Howard E. Greenberg has been active as a commercial real estate broker since 1985. He served for 13 years as Vice President of a prominent Westchester County brokerage firm. In 1998, he formed Howard Properties, Ltd. to focus on tenant representation and real estate consulting.
Howard has completed a number of major transactions in the tri-state area, including the 71,500 SF data center for Cervalis in Dutchess County, New York. This was the largest office transaction in that county in over five years. He was the co-exclusive tenant representative for Nortel Networks in its 57,000 SF lease renewal in Valhalla, New York and represented Ameritrade in leasing transactions of 30,000 SF in White Plains, New York and 40,500 SF in Purchase, New York.
Howard has also represented major office buildings and office parks as leasing agent, including Tarrytown Corporate Center (1,100,000 SF), Royal Executive Park (540,000 SF), the Gateway Building (538,000 SF) and Sutton Park (100,000 SF).
In 1995, Howard received the Broker of the Year Award from Robert Martin Company (now Mack-Cali Realty Corp.), Westchester's largest owner of commercial property. He has received numerous other awards, including the Creative Deal of the Year Award in 2003. He made a presentation to the White Plains City Council during its deliberations on a new zoning regulation, and has served on panels for the Westchester County Board of Realtors Commercial and Investment Division. He has also moderated a number of panel discussions for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester, as well as BOMA of Southern Connecticut.

Jonathan Marwell
Jonathan Marwell joined Howard Properties of White Plains, N.Y. in December 2008. Mr. Marwell grew up locally and began his career with Ginnel Real Estate in Bedford Hills, NY; a high-end boutique residential brokerage firm where he mentored with two of Westchester’s top listing agents and successfully closed several deals during his tenure.
He also worked with PRM Realty Group; a full service, international real estate development firm. His responsibilities with PRM included research, analysis and negotiation of a variety of investment opportunities in the Hudson Valley.
Most recently, Jon worked with a niche brokerage firm located in Greenwich, CT., as the Westchester Market Manager with Teardowns.com. Jon managed the firm’s marketing campaign, grew the network of investors, and obtained listings that he then presented to buyers seeking development and redevelopment opportunities.
Jon graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in U.S. History from Bates College, Lewiston, Maine. He comes from a family deeply involved in the real estate industry. His father John Marwell is a partner in the Mt. Kisco law firm of Shamberg Marwell Davis & Hollis, which emphasizes real estate, land use, and development matters, and is a Past President of the Westchester County Bar Association. His step-mother Gloria Marwell is an Associate Broker and Director of Sales with Prudential Holmes & Kennedy, in Bedford, NY.
