Howard Properties, Ltd. Represents Law Firm in Expansion to 9,514 SF in Elmsford, New York


Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York, has announced that his firm has represented the law firm of Knuckles, Komosinski & Elliott, L.L.P. in an expansion and extension of its lease.


The law firm specializes in foreclosure litigation and exclusively represents institutional lenders in all aspects of real estate litigation.  It has expanded to 9,514 SF and extended its lease at 565 Taxter Road, part of Taxter Corporate Park, in Elmsford, owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corp.   Mack-Cali, one of the nation’s largest real estate investment trusts (REITs) owns and manages approximately 32.4 million square feet of class A office properties throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. 


Howard E. Greenberg was the Exclusive Tenant Representative in this transaction.  This is the fourth lease in which his firm has represented Knuckles, Komoskinski & Elliott.
