Largest Lease in Dutchess County since 2000

Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York, has represented Cervalis, LLC in two lease transactions totaling 88,000 SF in Dutchess County, New York. Howard E. Greenberg, President of Howard Properties, served as Exclusive Tenant Representative for Cervalis.

Cervalis has entered into a long-term renewal of its 71,500 SF Data Center facility in Wappingers Falls, New York, and has expanded into an additional 16,130 SF at the building.

This transaction was the largest leasing transaction in Dutchess County since 2000, when Howard Properties, Ltd. represented Cervalis in the establishment of its Data Center facility.
