LAW FIRM IN 6,952 SF ELMSFORD LEASE

Howard E. Greenberg, President of Howard Properties, Ltd. of White Plains, New York has announced that his firm represented the law firm of Knuckles, Komosinski & Elliott, LLP in a lease of 6,952 SF of office space at 565 Taxter Rd. in Elmsford. The building is part of the two-building Taxter Corporate Park owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation . Mr. Greenberg served as Exclusive Tenant Representative for Knuckles, Komosinski & Elliott.

The lease represents a significant expansion for the law firm, which represents lenders and secured creditors in the tri-state area in a wide array of litigation, as well as in mortgage foreclosure actions involving residential and commercial properties.

This is the third lease transaction in which Howard Properties, Ltd. has represented the firm dating from in its 2004 relocation from White Plains to Tarrytown. It also represented it in an expansion of its Tarrytown space in 2007.
