(White Plains, New York, October, 2007) Howard Properties, White Plains, New York, has represented the law firm of Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP in a 22,131 SF expansion and extension of its lease in Hawthorne, New York. Howard E. Greenberg, President of Howard Properties, was the Exclusive Tenant Representative for the firm.

Traub Lieberman has been located at 7 Skyline Drive in the Mack-Cali Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne, New York since 2002. The firm required a significant expansion of its space, as well as the security of a long-term lease for its headquarters office. Mr. Greenberg was able to create contiguous expansion of 6,600 SF and simultaneously succeed in achieving an early renewal of the firm’s existing 15,531 SF lease.

Howard Greenberg has represented Traub Lieberman since its founding in 1996, in eight separate lease transactions for its Hawthorne, New York and Edison, New Jersey offices.
